Apple Picking

Managed to pick loads of apples this weekend - some for crumbles & cakes, some for chutneys, some for jams, some for storage, some in the freezer & some for eating - phew! There is someting so satisfying about harvesting the apples & trying to get those off the top branches! Thinking about trying my hand at drying some apple rings - will let you know how it goes..
